The Bumble Bee Yoga Community aims to provide classes created for all-levels and all bodies. We are committed to creating an inclusive space for our students to discover, play, and transform in a safe space. Our variety of classes are lead by highly trained yoga professionals who are all dedicated to providing YOU with an exceptional experience, 7 days a week.
POWER YOGA
Step onto the mat and discover a practice designed to make you feel grounded, supported, and empowered. This thoughtfully crafted sequence, available in both heated (97 degrees) and non-heated (80 degrees) options, is rooted in breath and alignment, drawing from the wisdom of Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Baptiste yoga traditions.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class welcomes all levels—providing a space to move at your own pace, free from judgment. Focused on building strength, balance, and connection, Power Yoga offers the tools to leave you feeling centered, strong, and powerful. Come as you are and walk away feeling at home in your body.

SLOW FLOW
Take a deep breath and ease into a practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and deepen your breath awareness. This set-sequence class offers a paced, thoughtful flow, with options for both a mindfully heated (97 degrees) or non-heated (80 degrees) environment, tailored to suit your comfort and needs.

Grounded and intentional, this class isn’t about perfection—it’s about listening to your body. With a focus on mindful movement, gentle modifications, and a steady rhythm, Slow Flow provides a thoughtful challenge for yogis of all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll leave feeling centered, refreshed, and more connected.

VINYASA FLOW
Join us for an invigorating yoga experience tailored to energize and refresh, available in both heated (97 degrees, 60 minutes) and non-heated (80 degrees, 45 minutes) options. This class combines high-endurance Vinyasas and Chaturangas (high to low plank) with dynamic stretches and creative, seamless flows, all set to carefully curated music and lighting.

Integrating mindful movement meditation, this practice challenges your strength, stamina, and focus while allowing you to find balance and ease. Wind down with restful stretches and a calming Savasana, leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and ready to take on your day.
COMMUNITY CLASS
We’ll move through a thoughtfully adapted sequence blending elements from Baron Baptiste, Iyengar, and Ashtanga traditions, with an emphasis on breath, alignment, and mindful movement. In this warm setting room (80 degrees), there may or may not be music—just a calm, grounded space for you to connect with your body and breath. This practice is designed to provide the tools of meditation, asana (the physical practice of yoga), and inquiry to our youth or beginner.
While this class is offered free of charge, we warmly encourage donations to help us continue offering accessible yoga to our community. Your generosity helps us make yoga available to everyone, regardless of financial means, and supports our mission to spread wellness and connection.

MEDITATION
Meditation is a powerful and essential part of the yoga journey, helping to calm the mind, release stress, and cultivate inner peace. If you're new to meditation, this is the perfect space to begin. In this welcoming, trauma-informed class, we'll guide you through simple, accessible meditation techniques that focus on breath, body awareness, and grounding. Whether you're looking to reduce anxiety, increase focus, or simply find a moment of stillness, this class offers a gentle introduction to the transformative practice of meditation.

Expect a peaceful, supportive environment where you're encouraged to go at your own pace, with no expectations other than being present. By the end of the session, you’ll feel more centered, clear, and connected—ready to bring mindfulness into your daily life. No prior experience necessary—just an open heart and mind. Please note: This class may or may not have music.
RESTORATIVE YIN
A calming and meditative class focusing on deep stretches and relaxation.
You will hold passive, floor-based poses for extended periods, supported by props for a deeply restorative experience. Often referred to as a “yogic sleep”. This class is great for practitioners of all levels!

POWER FUSION
Power Fusion is a dynamic, heated class (97 degrees) that combines the best of power yoga, Pilates, and HIIT to give you a full-body workout. Expect to get your heart rate up as you build strength, agility, and endurance, all while moving to energizing music. This class is designed to challenge you, using your body weight and resistance bands to enhance your workout and help you push your limits.

Please note, this class requires a certain level of physical capability, as the intensity will vary depending on your effort and ability. Whether you're looking to increase your strength, improve flexibility, or simply get your body moving, Power Fusion offers a fun, invigorating experience for those ready to work hard and feel the burn. Come prepared to sweat, challenge yourself, and leave feeling strong and accomplished!

HERE IS WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW!
The Bumble Bee Yoga Community is located at 2712 Weisenberger Street, Ft Worth, TX 76107. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of class as to leave yourself time to fill out some light paperwork, explore the space, and get settled. Class begins on time!

Please bring a mat, a towel (mat or hand), and water with you for class. For your safety and the safety of others, BBYC does not provide rental mats.
​
The studio is heated to 90 degrees unless otherwise noted. No need to be intimidated! The heat is there to support you as you move through your practice - it warms the body from the outside in allowing your muscles to become more malleable through the duration of class. Each class is designed for all bodies and skill levels. You are welcome to take the practice at your own pace.
