A safe place to both process and practice presence, yoga has been a valuable asset to Lauren Lewkowicz since she was a teenager. As a 500 hour experienced yoga teacher, Lauren aims to offer curiosity of one’s own patterns during asana practice and how they impact life off of the mat. She encourages students to create time for themselves to show up and let the power of the practice do the rest. Her background includes power, restorative, meditation and sculpt training.
Ground down into mindful yoga, meditation, and pranayama. Well-crafted classes suit each individual’s needs in the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic body and mind. Bringing one into alignment on all levels, tuned into self and life all around us. Gabby offers a mix of yoga and meditation lineages, with breath mindfulness woven into sequences. A focus on alignment, adjustments, and benefits to further your knowledge and practice.
Brooke is a certified educator and school librarian with nearly two decades of experience in schools. In 2017, she became a certified yoga teacher and has since completed extensive training in mindfulness and yoga for students of all ages. She holds a 95-hour Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT) certification and is a 500-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. Additionally, Brooke is a certified Mindfulness Coach and Somatic Healing Practitioner and Guide.
Marta Kohn started teaching yoga 12 years ago. After taking her first class she new she wanted to become a teacher. Her European heritage, contributes to the diverse and inclusive environment she nurtures within her yoga classes. She loves her practice and teaching because she knows firsthand that yoga works. She obtained a 200 Hour Yoga/Meditation Certification in 2008. In 2017, she completed a Kids Yoga Certification, expanding her teaching spectrum to include younger practitioners.
RYT 200 Bobbi’s journey with yoga began over 23 years ago when she suffered an ankle injury playing high school soccer. She started teaching yoga in 2012 and loves connecting with people of all walks of life. She enjoys working for the FAA, being a mom to her 2 incredible daughters and traveling with them and her husband. In addition to practicing yoga Bobbi is a private pilot, runner, puzzler, and bicyclist. Bobbi loves sharing the practice of yoga and loves the space yoga creates in her life.

200 Hour RYT 2017 Ali has been a certified power vinyasa instructor since 2017. Her yoga practice has taught her to find space for herself and her mental health within the chaos of everyday life. Her classes prioritize breath as a method of creating a rhythm and maintaining energy, as well as offering space and options to explore your own physical experience.
200-HR RYT 2019 Yoga classes with Angela will be welcoming, accessible, inspiring, fun, and spacious. She is fulfilled when students discover something new about themselves whether that be a new pose, sensation, or awareness.
